About Faux Swag
What is Faux Swag?
We are James and David, two introverts working in the tech industry. We always talked about creating a brand that reflects our personalities. We both love to be outgoing, but we don't always have the energy to do that. So why don't we let our clothes do the talking? Late 2021 we decided it was time to give it a go. We created the brand, started designing products and in 2022 we open our doors.
Where does the name Faux Swag come from?
We love our fair share of sarcasm. When we had to come up with a brand name, we knew it needn't be too serious. Faux Swag was born.
Where is the Faux Swag office?
In Amsterdam and London for the time being, but we both fully embrace the remote lifestyle, so who knows where we will move next. Don't worry though, our swag is made and shipped from all over the globe.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major payment options, including Amex, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally, but we can’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. There’s no concrete list of restricted countries, but for now, we can’t ship to Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically depending on world events.

Where do you ship from?
We partner with multiple facilities around the globe, including facilities in the US, Spain, Latvia and the UK. Based on your location, we pick the closest facility to ship from. This way we can make sure you get your order as soon as we can.
What does shipping/delivery cost?
Standard delivery within the UK and Europe is €3.69 and €6.54 for the rest of the world. Delivery is free if you order above €50. If you order in another currency than Euro, we'll calculate the delivery fee in your currency fee, based on the daily exchange rate.
How long does shipping take?
The estimated delivery time is dependent on your location and shown at checkout. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. If you’re ever in a situation where the estimated delivery time has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once a couple of days have passed, get in touch with us, and we’ll take a look.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability, such as snapbacks and mugs. In some cases two products in the same order may came from two locations, which means they'll be shipped separately.
Will I be charged custom fees?
Shipments outside of the US may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency.
Can I track my order?
We ship orders within 3-5 business days, after which you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions about your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with order. However, if you are not happy with your order, make sure you contact us before returning your products. Please make sure you do so no more than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.
Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost.
