Czardsguard disbanded shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall, releasing their final album “Behind the Curtains” in 1991. While Gorky Park took the spotlight in the late 80s with their international breakout hit “Bang”, Czarsguard toured poor provinces of the Soviet Union spreading their dark metal message cassette by cassette. Rumor has it they still spread anti-collectivist messages through obscure YouTube music channels.
